Kelly Bond & Ellery Burton

Making work together since 2018, Kelly Bond and Ellery Burton are experimental dance and performance artists based in New Orleans. They have collaborated on FUZZY BULLDOZER (2024) and Escapade (2019). Kelly is a choreographer, director, performer, teacher and mother. She serves as an adjunct professor of dance at Tulane where she previously earned an MFA in interdisciplinary dance performance. She also holds an MA in European dance-theatre practice from Laban in London which she attended as a Jack Kent Cooke Graduate Scholar. Ellery has collaborated with various artists including Skin Horse Theater Company, Maritza Mercado-Narcisse, and the Narcisse Movement Project, and has showcased four solo works. She has also worked with Shannon Stewart on several projects, including RELATIVES, which premiered at the Definitive Figures Festival and Roar Berlin. Currently, Ellery is pursuing a master's degree in Occupational Therapy at LSU Health Sciences in New Orleans.
